• Could create "hallucinations" or fabricated content
• May not reflect the most current information

User Verification Required

• Always verify critical information from primary sources
• Cross-reference findings with multiple independent sources
• Exercise professional judgment in all decisions
• Consider the limitations of AI-generated content
• Report errors or inaccuracies to improve the service

No Warranty of Accuracy

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Users assume full responsibility for verifying information and making decisions based on their own judgment.

Service Ownership

ReportCloud and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReportCloud Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create, but grant us necessary licenses to:

• Process and analyze your content using AI
• Generate reports based on your materials
• Improve our AI models (using anonymized data)
• Provide technical support and service maintenance

Generated Reports

AI-generated reports are provided for your use but may not be reproduced or distributed without proper attribution to ReportCloud.

Data Processing

• We process your data to provide and improve our services
• AI analysis may involve processing your uploaded content
• We implement security measures to protect your information
• You can request data deletion or export at any time

Subscription Plans

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Service Availability

ReportCloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or error-free operation.

AI-Related Disclaimers

• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• No warranty that AI analysis will be accurate or complete
• Users assume all risks associated with AI-generated information
• We are not responsible for third-party source accuracy

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
